At House of Zafar, we ship worldwide with care and precision to ensure

ORDER PROCESSING
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on 
  the next business day.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your 
  order is dispatched.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)
- Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹2,500.
- Orders below ₹2,500 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹150.
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
- Metro cities typically receive orders in 2–3 business days.
- Remote locations may take 5–7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We ship to most countries worldwide.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination 
  and weight.
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days from dispatch.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the responsibility 
  of the customer.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.
- For any tracking issues, contact info@houseofzafar.com with your 
  order number.

DELAYS
- While we strive to deliver on time, delivery timelines may be affected 
  by courier delays, weather, customs clearance (international), or 
  unforeseen circumstances. House of Zafar is not liable for such delays.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure 
  to receive, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
