RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At House of Zafar, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not 
completely happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 30 days 
of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be intact
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email us at info@houseofzafar.com with your order number and reason 
   for return.
2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 
   5–7 business days.

REFUNDS
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item 
  is defective or incorrect

EXCHANGES
For size or color exchanges, follow the same return process. Once we 
receive your item, we'll ship the replacement at no extra cost (within 
India). International exchange shipping may incur additional charges.
